6th Annual Chili Pepper & Brew Fest, June 5th-6th, Spice Up, Cool Down!

Microbreweries from all over the country participate in this event to claim various honors in the "Best Summer Ale Brew Fest 2009". The tastings start off Friday with the Seasonal Brews Sampling from 5:30-7:30pm and ends with the Grand Beer Tasting on Saturday from 3:00-5:00pm. This year's festival introduces European and Exotic Beer tasting.
The International Chili Society holds two chili competitions. The Hot Times Regional Cook-off will be held Friday, June 5, 2009 and the Sizzling Snowmass Regional is Saturday, June 6, 2009. Chilis will be divided into three categories: Chili Red, Chili Verde and Salsa. Winners can earn the right to complete at the World's Chili/Salsa Championship and be eligible for $3,000 in prize money!
